I'm very pleased with the performance I get from this shake. I used to have to take something to give me energy throughout the day but not with this shake. It is the best I've ever come across. I would highly recommend it to anyone that struggles with not enough energy throughout the day. It will not disappoint based on the results I've gotten. I'd give it 10 stars!
